Phillip and Michelle are amazing people who went above and beyond in helping us sell our property! They were there every step of the way and were able to facilitate all the work that needed to be done to our property to get it ready to list, as well as everything else that came up along the way! I would gladly work with them again, and would recommend them to anyone in the area!

Michelle is simply the best! As soon as our house went under contract she was quick to get us in to look at the house we wanted to buy (like within hours). She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel like family. No matter how crazy you feel like your questions can get.. she never makes you feel dumb for asking! She's such a wonderful realtor that after we closed I told her I felt like we had became best friends! Her and her husband, Phillip Livingston, are truly the sweetest people. If we ever sell or buy again I would call Michelle first!

I cannot thank Michelle enough for her help in finding us our first home! I have heard horror stories from friends and family about how difficult the home buying process could be. But Michelle made it a breeze! Her and her husband Phillip were professional, personal, and very knowledgeable! They were always available for any and all questions that we had and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. We will definitely be working with them again in the future!

She contacted me often about houses on the market. She set me up a new loan officer for the to get me the best interest rates! She answered all my questions and wants me to keep in touch for anything I need. I suggest using her especially if you are a first time home buyer
