My husband and I worked with Michelle when we bought our first home in 2022, and she was really helpful then - the sale went smoothly with no hiccups and she was very helpful explaining everything to us. We recently used her and Phillip again to sell our home, and WOW I cannot speak highly enough of her! Selling a house is somehow way more stressful than buying one, and many unexpected things came up. Michelle handled everything beautifully. She always kept me informed, stayed in good communication, and was able to keep me calm when things got confusing. She was able to advise us on how to handle some tricky situations that came up, and overall took amazing care of us to help us feel informed through the whole sale. In the end everything went smoothly and our house sold very quickly with minimal stress really. Highly recommend Michelle and Phillip if you're looking to buy or sell a home - they really know their stuff, make a great team, and will look out for your best interests. Thank you both for everything!
