I randomly got paired up with Michelle and Phillip Livingston through Zillow because of their MLS status and was nothing but impressed with their work ethic and efficiency. Any questions I had on the listing I was looking to purchase, I would receive an answer much quicker than anticipated. I would always receive an immediate response or acknowledgment to the inquiry, and then the resolution was usually within a couple of hours. They were both very professional, diligent, and prompt. If you are in the Livingston's area and looking to buy or sell a property, I highly recommend going with the Livingston Group.

Phillip and Michelle are the best! We needed to buy a home while living overseas and they went above and beyond taking lots of videos, FaceTiming us when possible, and working at weird hours to accommodate for the time difference. They were super dedicated and on top of finding us houses and getting in as quickly as possible to see places we liked. 10/10 would recommend !!
